I really wanted to do it the cool toe hook way but it just ended up being too hard and reachy (yeah I’m tall and it was still reachy haha). Beta switch. Went down first go. I've found it, the elusive single positive benefit to having #type1diabetes is that the @nationalparkservice lists it as a disability, so I get free park entrance for life! I don't normally like using diabetes as an excuse or a crutch, but you gotta take the benefits when you can when everything else about it sucks! #findyourpark
Colorado is so green this year. We got enough snow to (temporarily) erase a 20 year drought and in the 3 short years i’ve been here, its by far the most lively its been. If I had to guess, I’d say theres a decent chance that this will be the most moisture this state will see for a very, very long time. Point being, if you can make it to the high country before summers over...nows the time!
