Our view at breakfast this morning! Great suggestion from our BnB host, who said come here instead of going on the eye. “The views are just as good and for the price at least you get breakfast”! #girlaftermyownheart 🇬🇧 #london
the Nduja & Gruyere bread from Duck & Waffle is really something else. the bread was freshly baked to order which made us wait ~15-20 minutes but it was really worth it! i really loved how the Nduja spice really came through but still is mellowed down by the Gruyere cheese which gave it a creamy flavor! not to mention the soft and pillowy warm bread.. delicious!

i saw pictures of this multiple times and i made sure to visit this restaurant when i was in London! the restaurant itself was filled with the aroma of fried duck and boy did the view from the 40th floor not disappoint!! as for this dish in particular, the duck was fried to perfection and it somehow reminded me of balinese fried duck.. overall this dish is delicious but it wasn’t the best dish i had in duck & waffle that afternoon (more to come...) 😉
