Saturday morning workout. Long, emotional week. 2 Funerals this week. Home going services for a friend and my Uncle. 10 hours of driving yesterday in the rain. Glad I was able to make both this week. Woke up at 5:30 this morning to get a workout in before my busy schedule on Tuesdays. But when i got up i really was tired and didn’t feel like going to the gym but i got myself there anyways. Happy Monday guys today was leg and shoulder day for me (trying to grow these chicken legs 😂) here’s what i did: 1. Leg press: Warm up - 4 (45lb) plates 1x20 8 plates 4x12 10 plates 2x10 2. Squat: Warm up- 1x15 at 135 lbs 4x10 at 185 lbs 2x5 at 205 lbs 3. Split squat: 4x12 each leg at 135 lbs 4. Calf raises (not pictured) 3x12 at 185 lbs 5.
