. QUINOA BREAKFAST PORRIDGE. Keeps you full fir hours. Trust me. Just cook some quinoa in your milk of choice with a dash if cinnamon. Add sweetener, if you desire. . You'd think with the weather getting cooler, I'd be eaying less smoothie bowls.......
