Just like that the party’s over! 7 weeks out of work. Had my surgery, my wife gave birth, and we spent everyday together. I’m excited to be going back to a new and great opportunity that I’m fortunate to have been given, but I will miss them all day, everyday, and I’ll sprint home every night to be with them! #daddysgottagotowork#blessed
W7D1: Changing my front squat grip has eliminated my nagging shoulder pain and as a result I’ve been feeling pretty good with it the last few sessions.
