We saw some big rocks today. Some of them were moved a distance of roughly 150 miles over 5,000 years ago. The largest of them weigh upward of 30 tons. There are multiple theories on how they moved. Aliens seems most plausible to me! 👽 #stonehengerocks (cheesy tagline used by our tour guide)

Bucket list item complete! Yes, Stonehenge IS as amazing as you’d think it would be. Have you seen any of the world wonders? . In case you didn’t know, Stonehenge is just a two hour drive west of London. It’s quite often done in a day tour with Windsor Castle, Oxford, and/or Bath. For me, it was my first ‘must-see’ when planning our London trip! . . . #stonehenge#stonehengerocks
Stonehenge was another incredible experience. Seeing the size of the rocks up close allows the mind to ponder how it was created so long ago. This image shows the Sun Stone pointing the way to the outer and inner circles. 🇬🇧 . . . #stonehenge#stonehengerocks
Sunset at Stonehenge inside the inner circle is one of the most amazing things I’ve had the privilege to do. Without the crowds and with only a small number of people allowed inside I truly got to experience the magic of this place. ⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ #travel#travelgirl
Perhaps the greatest mystery of Stonehenge is that we do not need to know, but that we can live with this fact and continue to strive, grow, and just bask at nature's beauty⚡️ #travellingwithpanyingg#wheninlondon
