Everything is finally clicking!
We often approach our goals in this order:
1. What results do I want?
2. What actions do I need to take?
3. What beliefs do I need to change? (not everyone does this step)
This way does not create lasting results generally and makes it harder to stick to the new actions.
If we want lasting results, we need to change WHO we are and how we THINK
In order to create the results we desire in life and truly change, we have to change our identity, and how we think.
The order of that would look like this:
1. Who do I want to be?
2. What actions do I take as that person?
3. The results will follow (and usually be far greater than we could ever imagine)
That is the whole point of changing our beliefs so we can change our identity and take action from that place and then ultimately, change our outcomes.
So instead of focusing on being in a high vibe, I look at my limiting beliefs. Sometimes I get stuck in the fear, or stuck in the low mood, and annoy myself lol. When I am able to break through though, it’s when I start calling out my fears as bullshit. I start listing how its bullshit and what other options exist and rampage on that. That lifts my vibe, but more importantly, that changes my beliefs.
I realized when I get stuck on worrying what my vibe is, I paralyze myself and increase my anxiety, but when I just decide and then go back to living and enjoying life (preferably) then my desires come. It’s only when I overly focus on it (in a nagging way) that my desires feel harder to manifest.
So if you are struggling to be in a high vibe – look at what beliefs are causing that and dissect those, and change them.
During these crazy times, all I can think of is the wisdom from all the books I have read and mentors I have/had – when obstacles and difficulties arise – opportunities arise and solutions are needed (aka the beginning of all businesses, solving a problem).
