Rich Chocolate S’mores Tart
This recipe is for a 9 inches tart pan or 4 mini tarts
1/4 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons of butter melted
300 g chopped dark chocolate (see pictures)
1 cup 35% cream
4 tablespoons of room temperature butter
Marshmallow, graham crackers
Or others (fruits, caramel, etc)
1️⃣ Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Press into a 9 tart pan Bake for 7-8mins at 350. Cool completely in pan.
2️⃣ Place chopped chocolate and butter into a large bowl. In a small saucepan, bring cream just barely to a simmer. Pour over chopped chocolate and cover bowl immediately with plastic wrap. Let stand 5 mins. Stir with a spatula until combined and smooth.
3️⃣ Pour into cooled tart shell and garnish with your favourite topping (s’mores, peanut butter cup, nuts, fresh fruits..) set overnight at room temperature or 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Serve at room temperature
