🟣Kako popraviti odnos sa hranom?🟣 Pitanje koje dobijam tako često, a o kojem sam napisala i knjigu (e-book Mir, mir, mir - niko nije kriv!). Pokušaću da vam opišem 5 ključnih koraka koje morate proći da biste popravili odnos sa hranom i dostigli željenu težinu. 1. ZAVOLI ONO ŠTO JEDEŠ -Jesi li ikada bio srećan zato što nešto nisi pojeo i pomislio si super, obrok manje - korak dalje ka mom mršavljenju? Zapitaj se, odakle ta mržnja prema hrani? Zar ne bi trebalo da si zahvalan na svakom obroku kojeg pojedeš? Umjesto da MRZIŠ hranu, počni da je VOLIŠ i da uživaš u svemu što jedeš. 2. NAPRAVI SPISAK 'ZABRANJENE HRANE' -Napravi spisak i svojim tempom (svakog dana, sedmice, mjeseca) suočavaj se sa tom hranom koju bojiš. Pojedi red čokolade, parče pizze, sladoled - čisto da izguštaš i vidiš da se ništa spektakularno nije desilo. Nećeš preko noći dobiti stomak ili spojene noge. Kada se suočiš sa svojim strahom - tad ćeš ga i pobijediti. 3. JEDI ONDA KAD OSJETIŠ POZITIVNU EMOCIJU -Ovo sam pročitala nedavno i ima smisla. Ovako ćeš razviti i tu ljubav prema hrani koja ti je potrebna. Kad si srećan, nećeš se pretrpati, ne treba ti utjeha. Kad si tužan, jedeš da se utješiš. Pozitivna emocija postaće uslovna reakcija za hranu pa ćeš se riješiti samim time emotivne gladi koju izaziva STRAH. 4. IZBRIŠI SVAKU APLIKACIJU KOJA BROJI KALORIJE -Obećaj sebi da ćeš jesti po osjećaju - da ćeš jesti kada osjetiš biološku glad, a stati kad si sit. Izbriši svaku aplikaciju koja broji kalorije i prepusti se sebi i osjećaju. Vjeruj da je tijelo pametno i da neće tražiti ono što mu ne treba. 5. OPUSTI SE I NE OČEKUJ SAVRŠENSTVO -Nijedan put nije savršen. Ne očekuj da će sve ići po planu i da će sve biti savršeno. Greške su tu da nas nečemu nauče i one su dio procesa. Wlej na rozgrzaną patelnię. Przykryj pokrywką. Po 2 min ułóż na wierzchu starty ser, posiekaną cebulę, pokrojoną paprykę i pieczarki. Przykryj pokrywką. Smaż przez 10-12 min. Posyp ziołami. Podawaj z pieczywem. Na koniec zjedz truskawki. Vištiena keksiukų formelėse 🌺 Gaila, kad nepadariau foto jau iškepusių kepsniukų - gaminau pagal šitą receptą savaitgalio pietus šeimai, tai kažkaip nesinorėjo užsiimti fotografija prie šeimos pietų stalo 😁 Gaminimas labai paprastas - iš vakaro lengvai išmušiau vidinę vištienos filė, padruskinau, papipirinau, pačesnakinau. Prieš kepant patepiau vištieną pesto padažu, klojau į keksiuko formeles po du sukryžiuotus gabaliukus mėsos, į vidų dėjau po mažą gabalėlį mocarelos ir užlanksčiau (swipe ➡️). Kepiau 180°C orkaitėje apie 25 min.
