You already KNOW what Friday calls for - PIZZA BABY!! (well honestly I’d eat pizza on a Tuesday too but you know what I’m sayin). I’ve personally never been big on cheese (I know unpopular opinion) soo by all means add cheese if you want cheese😛Ingredients:1/3 cup dry red lentils3 tbsp waterOreganoBasilGarlic powderSaltTo make:Start by soaking your lentils in water for about 30 minutes to get them to soften a bit. Preheat oven to 425F. Once soft, add lentils, fresh water, and spices to a blender or food processor and blend until it is well combined. (If it seems a bit runny, try adding 1/4 tsp cornstarch to thicken.) Pour batter onto lined or greased baking sheet and pop in the oven for 15 minutes. Take it out of the oven, flip the dough, and bake for another 3-5 mins. Add your toppings and bake for another 3ish minutes or until your cheese is melted or toppings are warmed (if you have the option to broil, broil it for a minute.) I topped mine with marinara sauce, sautéed spinach, fresh tomato, roasted zucchini, sun dried tomato, extra oregano & sea salt. Then once I plated it, I added fresh basil and balsamic glaze!
